Three Months Old
This month was a relaxing one... Mommy and Daddy took me to the beach! I loved it! It was the perfect place to take a nap! I had the pleasure of meeting a lovely lady Donna and her silly husband Jim from Indiana :) They were pretty cool but kept talking about some Darby chick... maybe I'll meet her someday :)
The Monkey Hair Story:
I was changing Cole’s diaper the other night.. and once you are a mother you will understand that you look at the poop each time to make sure its healthy… so I always take a quick glance to make sure.. and breast fed babies have yellow poop with little seeds in it.. its weird.. lol so I was changing his diaper Sat night and something caught my eye… there was something brown in his poop!!!!
I looked at it closer and it was about a half an inch long and as thick as spaghetti. It looked like a WORM! I Freaked out!!! I ran and got Jason off the couch and I drag him into the nursery to look at the baby poop.. he is gagging and doesn’t seem to be as alarmed as I am LOL – I then call my mother who calms me down and I get the “WORM” and put it in a zip lock baggy to take with me to the Doctor.
Once inside the baggy it dries out some and I start to examine it… It starts to look like hair… and then I realize it is HAIR! MONKEY HAIR! LOL My Son was kissing the monkey a few days prior and must have eaten some of his hair! LOL So He is now called my lil monkey hair eater :) LOL Scary to think though.. I have now learned my lesson and no more kissing monkeys for him, he is at the stage where I have to watch EVERYTHING he puts in his mouth!
